Anish has built a career within retail payments at leading banks. Prior to TranServ, Anish has held senior positions at HSBC and Citi where he developed and managed payment products, a portfolio of customers and enabled distribution across the country.
Anish has gained experience working with leading international organizations while being focused on developing solutions suited to the Indian market. He brings with him a good understanding of processes, business discipline, management of high performance teams, and delivery of business plans along with a rich experience of the Indian payments market.
TranServ was Co-founded by Anish with a primary objective of expanding electronic payments in India and reaching out to new customer segments.
Today he is leading TranServ in its vision of redefining the way consumers and businesses pay and helping build payment solutions forCorporate, government institutions&retail customers in a cost effective, secure and highly efficient manner. Anish has lead TranServ’s team and lucratively positioned it as the bank’s extended arm and partner in reaching out to the huge under-banked section within India – where cash payments was the inconvenient but only option available.
Aditya brings a rich business understanding of sales and marketing in both Financial Services & Retail industry. Prior to co-founding TranServ, Aditya was Senior Vice President at HSBC where he spearheaded various National/ Business portfolios for products like Cards , Loans and Mortgages . During his stint, he was also instrumental in setting up and managing a Pan-India distribution channels for Credit Cards and other Loan products
Aditya has extensive experience in working with start-up projects as well as mature businesses. Managing the retail channels for various organizations has helped him to develop skill sets required to manage large teams and distribute various products across multiple customer segments.
At Transerv, Aditya currently leads the B2B operations for the Brand where he plays a key role in enabling digital payments solutions for Merchants, Businesses and Agent Networks. He has created a highly secure environment along with partner Merchants , Corporates and Agent Networks in which customers are offered the best payments experience through a seamless payments ecosystem.
TranServ was cofounded by Aditya with a primary objective of expanding electronic payments in India and developing new payment solutions to cater to multiple customer segments.
Sandeep has spent 13 years building & marketing payment products at leading Banks in India. Prior to TranServ, Sandeep was Senior Vice President and Head of Card Products at HSBC India where he was responsible for Product & Marketing Strategy, Card Spends and delivering a seamless customer experience by working in close co-ordination with other payment functions such as distribution, technology, operations, customer service, compliance and risk management. Sandeep has held a number of key positions in the cards business including the Merchant Acquiring Business.
Prior to HSBC, Sandeep was with ICICI Bank and was responsible for launching & promoting Bill Junction. Sandeep pioneered the concept of distributing online payment products through brick and mortar retail channels.
Sandeep brings with him a good understanding of consumers, marketing acumen, ability to understand & manage various moving parts of a payments business, and deliver business growth.

Anand has an extensive experience of working with mortgage products (Home Loans and Loans against Property) in his stints at leading banks such as HSBC, Barclays, ICICI and Standard Chartered. As National Sales Manager- Mortgages at HSBC, he played a key role in setting up the open market pan India distribution for the product.
Prior to HSBC, Anand was Regional Manager- Mortgages at Barclays Bank, where he was responsible for handling the entire range of Secured and Unsecured loans
Through various sales and marketing roles at leading institutions, such as HDFC Ltd and ICICI Bank, Anand has gained a keen understanding of setting up and managing distribution networks in various regions. Having worked with leading MNC and Indian Banks has helped him gain knowledge on best industry practices required to effectively manage distribution channels. His insight into setting up and management of large and complex distribution channels is an asset to the TranServ team.
Amit has extensive experience in engineering technology solutions in e-commerce and IT sectors, having worked with several renowned names such as Sapient, MakeMyTrip.com, Infosys, Bank of America and CA Technologies.
He has also performed strategic research and design for major technical areas and was also instrumental in designing patentable technology and proposed and reviewed patent applications. He was a founding member & president of innovation club & architect forum at CA India centre.
Amit has done MS (Software Systems) from BITS, Pilani with 9.85 CGPI. He has graduated as topper of Mechanical Engineering (B. Tech.) at HBTI, Kanpur. He is a state rank holder for the state of UP.
Salil comes from a background of payments and technology spanning India and Silicon Valley. He has previously worked at MasterCard and PayPal. Salil has a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Salil brings with him close to 14 years of experience in Digital Payments, Lending and E-commerce. His previous stint was with MasterCard as a Senior Business Leader-Market Development. In past, he has been associated with Wonga, PayPal, Wind River Systems (USA), PWC Consulting (USA), and Sun Micro Systems (USA).
Ushpinder leads the Merchants Business at TranServ and is responsible for sales of the Udio product suite with a focus on API integrations & digital payment solutions of the company.
Ushpinder comes with 16 years of work experience with 6.5 years in the mobile payments space. Prior to TranServ, he was heading partnership & strategic alliances at MobiKwik. Before venturing into mobile payments, Ushpinder has worked with various CMM L5 technology consulting companies, both in India and US.
Gautam is spearheading the Corporate Business at TranServ, enabling corporates to digitize employee payments through the Udio digital platform.
Gautam comes with a rich experience of 16 years in sales & distribution. Prior to Transerv, he was Vice President & Zonal Head, North at Future Generali.
Previously, Gautam had worked with Reliance Life,HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank across geographies. He has been part of many start-up projects and has managed large teams across levels.
